Buyer Protection & Returns Policy
At DaSegna, every item is carefully inspected for authenticity and quality before delivery. Our goal is to ensure you shop with complete confidence.
Purchase Protection
If your purchase does not meet our standards, you may be eligible for Purchase Protection.
You must report any issue within 3 calendar days of receiving your item.
Eligible cases include:
- The item is inauthentic;
- The item materially differs from its description;
- You received the wrong item.
To file a claim, contact Veeluxecollectives Support with clear photos and details within 3 days of receipt.
Returns
- You have 3 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
- Returned items must have their Quality Control tag attached and undamaged.
- Exceptional cases are outlined in our Terms of Service.
What’s Not Covered
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Minor wear or imperfections on pre-loved items even if not shown on listing photos or description
- Sizing issues (unless measurements differ from the listing)
- Shipping or customs delays
- Items used, altered, or missing QC tags
