Thank you for shopping with DaSegna. We take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure your authenticated designer piece arrives safely and securely.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted courier services, including An Post, DHL, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination, parcel size, and value of your order.
All shipments include tracking. Higher-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for added security.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Ireland: 2 to 5 business days
United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days
European Union: 5 to 10 business days
International: 7 to 15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, and courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size or value of your order.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery by emailing hello@dasegna.com.
Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and reach a fair resolution as quickly as possible.
