At DaSegna, every item is carefully inspected and authenticated before it is offered for sale. As we specialise in authenticated pre-owned designer goods, each product is unique and is described as accurately as possible through detailed photographs and condition reports.

We want you to shop with confidence. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Purchase Protection

If your order does not meet our quality standards, you may be eligible for Purchase Protection.

You must notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

Purchase Protection applies if:

  • The item is found to be inauthentic.

  • The item received is significantly different from its description.

  • You receive the wrong item.

To begin a claim, please contact hello@dasegna.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The DaSegna Quality Control tag must remain attached and untampered with.

  • The item must not have been used, altered, cleaned, repaired, or damaged after delivery.

  • All accessories supplied with the item must be returned.

Approved returns must be shipped back using a tracked and insured delivery service unless otherwise instructed.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

  • Incorrect size or fit where accurate measurements were provided.

  • Normal signs of wear that were accurately reflected in the product description and photographs.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

  • Items returned without the original Quality Control tag.

  • Items that have been used, altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Please include photographs of:

  • The item received.

  • The packaging.

  • Any visible damage.

  • The shipping label.

This information helps us investigate the issue and resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
