If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued using your original payment method.

10. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

DaSegna has no control over customs authorities or the fees they may charge and cannot predict the amount of such charges.

11. Delivery

Ownership of the goods transfers to you once your order has been delivered to the address provided during checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address supplied is accurate and complete.

DaSegna is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs inspections

• Courier delays

• Severe weather

• Industrial action

• Public holidays

• Events beyond our reasonable control

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

12. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has entered the fulfilment process or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

13. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Due to the unique nature of authenticated pre-owned designer goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges because of:

• Change of mind

• Buyer preference

• Incorrect size or fit

• Colour variations caused by screen settings

• Minor signs of wear accurately described in the listing

If you believe your item has arrived significantly different from its description or has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs or additional information before determining the most suitable resolution.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

14. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered by the shipping carrier to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Where a signature is required, delivery will be considered complete once the shipment has been signed for at the delivery address.

15. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, an item may occasionally become unavailable before an order is processed.

If this occurs after payment has been received, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without prior notice.

16. Promotional Offers

From time to time, DaSegna may offer promotional discounts, promotional codes, or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be combined.
